Who do you work with?+
Data center investors, developers, owners, and operators planning new facilities, modular AI systems, infrastructure upgrades, or phased expansions. We coordinate with the owner’s designers, equipment suppliers, utilities, and construction partners.
Can you manage a phase or the full delivery lifecycle?+
Yes. A scope can focus on due diligence, engineering coordination, procurement, construction management, or commissioning and handover. A broader engagement connects these phases through a common schedule, cost baseline, risk register, and reporting process. Contracting responsibilities are defined before work begins.
How do you help control project cost and schedule?+
We make scope boundaries explicit, compare bids on a consistent basis, track utility and equipment dependencies, and maintain cost, risk, and change reporting. Decision gates help owners understand the implications of commitments before authorizing them.
Is the 2.35 MW GB300 example installed capacity?+
No. It is a preliminary engineering concept for a new AI deployment. It demonstrates the planning and integration scope; it does not represent installed GPUs or guaranteed capacity, performance, or delivery dates.
What information helps start an engagement?+
Share your location, intended workload, target capacity, development stage, desired schedule, and available site or utility records. We can use those inputs to define an initial evaluation, deliverables, and the next decision gate.
